Rates

CNB administers its clients’ purchases and sales. This has been done electronically for the past few years for a fee.

The rate is calculated according to the following brokerage agreements:

  • Purchase agreements
  • Rental agreements
  • Other agreements (e.g. PBR and scales)
  • Agricultural tenancies
  • Contracted cultivation agreements

Components of the rate
The rate is divided into two components: provision on a brokerage agreement, and the rebate on turnover. The rebate is based on the total brokerage turnover. Your purchase and sales turnover of all the purchases, tenancies, rentals, contracted cultivation and other agreements will be added together. The rebate will be remitted on the next payment date following the closed financial year which is July 1st.

Turnover rebate
The refund is based on the balance of the provision minus the turnover rebate. The rebate amount will increase commensurate with the brokerage turnover through CNB. Upwards of € 250,000 brokerage turnover per financial year, the rebate is 1% (compared to 2.5%). This increases to 8% (compared to 2.5%) with higher brokerage turnover.

See the table below for corresponding rebate percentages.
