Rates

You can use CNB’s services for your purchases and sales through brokerage agreements. We charge our clients a rate for these services.

The rate applies to the following brokerage agreements:

  • Purchase agreements
  • Rental agreements
  • Other agreements (including cultivation rights and scales)
  • Agricultural agreements
  • Contracted cultivation agreements

Components of the rate
The rate consists of several components. The commission on the brokerage agreement is 2.25% for the buyer and 2.50% for the seller. In addition, there is a standard transaction rate for the buyer of €7.50 per brokerage agreement. Depending on the revenue you generate through CNB, you may be eligible for a revenue discount.

The revenue discount you may receive is based on total brokerage revenue. Your purchase and sales revenue from all brokerage agreements are added together for this purpose. The revenue discount is paid on the next payment date following the close of the financial year, which is always July 1.

Turnover discount
The turnover discount is based on the balance of purchase and sales turnover (brokerage turnover) per fiscal year. The turnover discount increases as you generate more brokerage turnover through CNB. If you, as a BVS preferred grower, generate turnover through CNB, BVS will receive the turnover discount on that amount.

The table below shows the sales discount.
